Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items that are reported to us within 48 hours of order delivery.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade in small batches and are 100% natural. They may have minor variations batch to batch (i.e. slight changes in color).
Please note that LIT BKLYN is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or the like. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to LIT BKLYN, nor do we assume responsibility for packages once they are processed into the post office's portal.
